Moms Behavior Policy
MOMS Club is here to support mothers who choose to stay at home with their children. We support all mothers, and recognize that there are many different parenting styles and personalities in our club. To ensure a safe, supportive atmosphere, we ask the following of all members:
1. You are responsible for all your children at all MOMS Club functions. If you cannot supervise them all, please talk to other members ahead of time to see if they can lend a hand.
2. When disciplining your child/children, please speak in a quiet voice or remove the child/children from the area.
3. Please remove your child/children from the area for time-outs.
4. Do not discipline another mom's child/children without her permission. In the event that your child is in conflict with another child, please separate them and take the other child to his/her mother.

6. Please also respect the privacy of members who do not have an outgoing nature, and do not discuss with others what they would keep private.
7. Please be sensitive to others feelings. Jokes or stories of a sexual, offensive, racial, or insensitive nature will not be tolerated.
8. You are responsible for following the by-laws of this club, including the general by-laws, sick child policy, children's behavior policy, and this policy.
To ensure the comfort of moms from all economic and cultural backgrounds, we ask that all members follow the above guidelines. Playgroup Policies for MOMS Club® of Kyle
We would like to remind all members that if they would like to join a playgroup at anytime, please contact the playgroup coordinator and she will assign you to a playgroup by your child's age. You are free to join playgroups at any time if you would like!
Playgroups will be assigned according to your child's school age. The cut off for the schools is September 1st. Children born after this date will go into the following year’s playgroup.
MOMS Club recommends a maximum playgroup size of 6 Moms. We have decided to allow up to 8 Moms in a playgroup, when the 9th Mom is added, the playgroup will split. This will allow us to split to a minimum of 4 Moms when the time comes that a playgroup must split. The playgroup members will be put in order by age of their child and the group will be split evenly, older in group A, younger in group B.
The Playgroup coordinator will forward the new Moms' information to the playgroup contact for the new member to get the specific information needed (other group members, rotation schedule, etc.). The playgroup contacts are responsible for schedules and any issues that come up within the playgroups. Difficult situations can be brought to the playgroup coordinator or any Executive Board member to help you resolve the issues as needed.
